The Evergreen Center operates numerous programs with locations distributed throughout Massachusetts. Please contact the Central Education Office to inquire about directions to a specific location. The following is directions for the Central Education Facility School Age Day and Residential Treatment Program.

From 495 Heading South
Take exit 20. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Fortune Boulevard. Look for the Evergreen sign at the top of the hill on the right.
From 495 Heading North
Take exit 20. At the bottom of the ramp turn left. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Fortune Boulevard. Look for the Evergreen sign at the top of the hill on the right.
From Boston, MA
Take Mass. Pike to the 495 Interchange. Take 495 South (Milford) and follow the 495 South directions above.
Additional parking is available in the Primary Care parking lot (adjacent to The Evergreen Center).
