Populations Served

Students served by the Evergreen Center possess skill deficits and behavorial needs that require a carefully planned educational program. Many students come to Evergreen with health needs requiring sophisticated medical supervision.  Educational Services at Evergreen apply a range of instructional procedures and teach functional skills that will change the quality of a person's life. Each student's progress is carefully and completely documented.

 Individuals served include students with:

  • Autism
  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities 
  • Physical Disability
  • Hearing/Sight Impairment
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Severe Maladaptive Behavior that includes aggression, property distruction or self-injury

The Evergreen Center enrolls both male and female students between the ages of 6 and 21, but serves students up to their 22nd birthday.

 
The Evergreen Center is a residential school serving children and adolescents with severe developmental disabilities.
