Students served by the Evergreen Center possess skill deficits and behavioral needs challenges that require a carefully planned educational program. Many students come to Evergreen with health needs requiring sophisticated medical supervision. Educational Services at Evergreen apply a range of instructional procedures and teach functional skills that will change the quality of a person's life. Each student's progress is carefully and completely documented.
Individuals served include students with:
- Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Physical Disability
- Hearing/Sight Impairment
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Dual Diagnosis
- Severe Maladaptive Behavior that includes aggression, property distruction or self-injury
The Evergreen Center enrolls both male and female students between the ages of 6 and 21, and serves students up to their 22nd birthday.
