Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is demonstrated to be an effective treatment for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), affects roughly 1 in 54 children. Evergreen places a strong emphasis on advanced training and make opportunities for such training available to our staff.

In partnership with Cambridge College, Evergreen offers a Doctoral, Master of Education and Certificate Program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The Doctoral program allows Evergreen staff the opportunity to earn their Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism Intervention focusing on early education and intervention and severe behavioral disorders. This program gives clinicians the expertise and credentials needed to better serve our students and families and to train future behavior analysts.

The Master of Education program prepares staff to sit for the national Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam, including completing the required Verified Course Sequence (VCS). The master’s degree curriculum is divided into two parts — autism / special education courses (14 credits) and ABA course sequence (24 credits).

The BCBA Certificate consists of an approved course sequence for individuals who have already completed a master's degree but desire to complete the BCBA examination requirements.

Evergreen offers up to 100% tuition support for qualifying employees!
